Wholesale Terms of Sale

Wholesale prices are CIF, port Elizabeth, NJ, USA or FOB in Guangzhou, China. A 50% deposit is required when the order is placed. The balance must be paid when the B/L is faxed to the wholesale customer. Wholesale is to the trade only, with valid resale certificate. For CIF Wholesale the customer is responsible for customs clearance, custom fees, duties, taxes and inland trucking from Port Elizabeth to customer's warehouse. For FOB wholesale the customer is responsible for steam ship fees, customs clearance, custom fees, duties, taxes and inland trucking from Port Elizabeth to customer's warehouse.
