SHIPPING METHODS & RATES:
Ground Shipping (FedEx & UPS) is curbside delivery. This shipping method is recommended for small furniture, lightings and home decor items. Currently, Ground Shipping ships as Free Shipping.
White-Glove Delivery is a delivery that comes directly to your home. This shipping method recommended for large and heavy furniture items.
Currently, White-Glove Delivery ships for a Flat Rate of $199.00
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Non-sale items (excluding lighting and rugs) can be exchanged or returned for store credit if the store is notified within 10 days of receipt. White on White Furniture does not issue refunds. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. White on White Furniture provides shipping labels for returns, however, the customer is responsible for any return delivery fees. Sale items, discounted items, lighting and rugs are final sale. Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase, so long as the order has not already been picked up by the customer or shipping carrier.

UPON DELIVERY & DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please make sure to check all items in your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if anything is missing or damaged and note the missing or damaged items on the delivery receipt. Your items will be replaced as soon as possible. White on White has a limited warranty policy. Products are not manufactured for commercial use.
